Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
The following Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, at the time of concluding a legal transaction, is acting in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, and Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Florian Mihatsch.
By displaying the products in the online shop, we provide a binding offer to enter into a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without any obligation and review your input at any time before submitting your binding order, using the correction tools provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the items in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our T&C in text form. You can view the contract text in the order confirmation.
4. Delivery Conditions
We deliver free of shipping costs with our specified settings.
The shipping method cannot be changed.
We only deliver via shipping. Self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process.
PayPal may offer additional payment options to registered customers at its own discretion. We have no influence over the availability of these options, as they pertain to your individual agreement with PayPal. Further information can be found in your PayPal account. -
Sofort by Klarna
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have an online banking-enabled bank account, authenticate accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process. -
Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), you must be registered with Google, have Google Pay activated, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process. -
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (“Apple”), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have Apple Pay activated, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process. -
giropay / paydirekt
In cooperation with the payment service provider paydirekt GmbH, Stephanstr. 14-16, 60313 Frankfurt a.M. (“giropay” or “paydirekt”), we offer the payment options giropay and paydirekt.-
giropay:
To pay the invoice amount via giropay, you must have an online banking-enabled bank account, authenticate accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process. -
paydirekt:
To pay the invoice amount via paydirekt, you must have an online banking-enabled bank account, be registered with paydirekt, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction.

Skrill
To pay the invoice amount via the service Skrill by the payment service provider Paysafe Payment Solutions Limited, Grand Canal House, Grand Canal Street Upper, Dublin 4, D04 Y7R5, Ireland (“Skrill”), you must be registered with Skrill, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Transport Damages
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damages, please report such defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us does not affect your statutory rights and their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. However, you help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
8.1 Legal Liability for Defects
The statutory liability for defects applies.
8.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

9. Liability
We are always fully liable for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents:
- In case of injury to life, body, or health,
- In case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- In case of guarantee promises, if agreed upon, or
- If the scope of the Product Liability Act is applicable.
For breach of essential contractual obligations whose fulfillment is a prerequisite for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence by us, our legal representatives, or agents, the liability amount is limited to foreseeable damage at the time of contract conclusion, which typically has to be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
