Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Florian Mihatsch, Auf dem Hochkamp 5, 26655 Westerstede, Germany, smeelix.kundenservice@gmail.com, Phone: 015253155803) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Refunds for Partial Returns of Bundle Offers
If individual items from a discounted bundle offer are returned, we reserve the right to adjust the price of the remaining items to their regular individual price. The refund amount will be calculated based on the originally paid total price minus the regular individual price of the retained items.
Refunds for Promotions with Free Items
If a free item is provided as part of a promotion and the paid item is returned, the free item must also be returned. If the free item is not returned, its regular sale price will be deducted from the refund amount.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract through a loan and later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender makes use of our cooperation in relation to the financing. If the loan has already been received by us when the withdrawal takes effect, your lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you concerning the legal consequences of withdrawal or return. This does not apply if the present contract is for the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, please exercise your right of withdrawal.
